Can I place a sample order? 
We are welcome the sample order at the beginning of business. We will be 
pleasured to provide the MOQ offer to you for the first sample order. 

How can I place an order? 
Firstly, the customers need to confirm with our sales about the detail 
of order, e.g. model name, size or capacity, quantity, payment, and so on. We will produce the goods asap after receive the deposit or full payment.

How long is the lead time? 
For most items, the lead time is about 3-5 working days for order less than 1000pcs. But final lead time need confirm with account manager. 

What is the payment? 
T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal.

How to deal with shipping? 
Our Shipping Dept. have experienced stuff help all our customers to 
choose the best and the safest way for shipping the goods to your hand. 
We have establish a partner relationship with some international Express 
company, e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS, or TNT, they can offer a good price for 
the goods less 100KG.If the goods more than 100KG, we suggest you use 
the Air or sea transport for saving the Transportation expenses. If you 
need any suggestions, please contact with our account manager, they will offer 
some solutions for your shipment following your request.
